If you’re looking for some help with PowerSchool, here are a few resources, answers and tips.
When you are in need of assistance with a piece of technology, it’s generally a good idea to check out the company’s website for help, support, tutorials and FAQ. PowerSchool has an excellent support website, and you might just find what you’re needing.
Another resource offered to educators is their asynchronous, on-demand webinars. You don’t need to be available at a specific time to participate. These webinars offer professional learning, when you need it!
Their resource library is vast.
And social media can be a wonderful way to sleuth out answers. As an example, on Facebook, there is a group of Alberta PowerSchool Users with a few hundred members. PowerSchool has an official Facebook page as well as an active Twitter feed. (Twitter is actually an amazing resource for educational technology!)
